UBB Spring 2012 Inspiration Shoot!

Source Utah Bride Blog
We are beyond excited to  be able to share this much anticipated Spring Inspiration Shoot with everyone! We were super thrilled to be invited by the Utah Bride Blog gals to participate in their yearly Spring Inspiration Shoot!! Make sure to check back all week to see more gorg images to inspire you and some great advice from all of the vendors who participated!
The concept for the Utah Bride Blog Spring Shoot was inspired by the color of the year… Tangerine Tango! If you have been planning your wedding you are probably already aware of this bright hue, but might be a little afraid of incorporating it into your color palette. We wanted to show how this bright color can be used correctly to create a fun, modern, yet elegant wedding!
Here's what Utah Bride Blog has to say : "There was just no better place to capture this look then at the beautiful Entrada in St. George! This venue is beyond breathtaking with the orange rocks and green landscape. Jimmy Bishop with Gideon Photography did an AMAZING job capturing this preppy, flirty and sophisticated look!"
"It was also such a pleasure to work with the talented Laura Stagg with Forevermore Events! Laura shares a little bit behind the design elements from this shoot:"  says Utah Bride Blog.
“Ok, so we have all seen the cute lounge furniture at weddings and we have seen the tissue pom pom but how about the combo of all of this! An amazing lounge with white tufted furniture, darling white tent with a canopy of bright tangerine tissue pom poms over head! Add in extra signage details, beautiful flowers and custom drinks to create the perfect festive touch your guests will love!”
“A new trend is heading main stream in outdoor ceremonies. Instead of the traditional set up of the bride’s side on the left and the groom’s side on the right, couples are choosing to have a circular seating arrangement where family and friends can surround them in a circle of love. The circle symbolizes something that goes on forever and oneness. It is an unbroken line that has no beginning and no end. It emphasizes completeness and unity. The bride and groom are able to feel and experience the strong bond of those who love them most! I am in love with this idea! The inner circle could seat your parents and bridal party while the larger circle your extended family and friends. All guests will be able to see the bride and groom exchange vows in the center. The perfect way to start your married life with those who are nearest and dearest to you is with a circle of love!” - Lara Stagg, Forevermore Events
"We were so lucky to have Nathan Pickett Films join us in St. George to videograph this fun shoot! Loved working with him and love the style of this video and how it portrays the fun + flirty shoot! Videography is so important to have at your wedding because it can truly capture the emotions of the day and the unique connection of the couple!" says Utah Bride Blog!
“First, it was amazing to me as I realized how the decor and design of a wedding can create a mood.  Inspired by the bright, simple, and colorful elements I wanted to create a video that really showed them off.  Second, I decide to highlight these elements with a touch of that look from old home videos that captured the pure sweet feelings and experiences of springs and summers past.  The intended final result was a fresh look at how fun and light your wedding could be by incorporating such a lovely setup.  So happy to have been a part of this great collaboration of professionals and innovators in the industry.” Nathan Pickett Films
